Im Jesse Villanueva, I make Japanese covers on my Youtube Channel and I just love the mixing aspect of making covers. I'm still quite a beginner but it's just so satisfying to hear a raw vocal and make it magically sit just right with the instruments. My Mixing Philosophy is to make sure that, in the end, the vocal will sound natural and will sound YOU. Its your vocals that will make a cover sound amazing, not solely dependent on the quality of mixing.
